Our cows come from a prestigious lineage of Red Devons dating back several hundred years with our Registered Bull to the first herds to arrive into the colonies.  Red Devons develop fantastic marbling on just grass and hay.  They are born and raised here in Kentucky and slaughtered at a USDA certified processing facility. All cows are dry aged for 14 days prior to being vacuum sealed and frozen.

Cost is by the hanging weight of the entire cow. We require a deposit of $700 prior to butching to cover butching costs. On average a cow is around 600lbs or so hanging. Cash only. Contact us to get on the wait list.
